City Terrace Program Details

Program Location: City Terrace Park, East Los Angeles

Youth Served: Ages 6–18

Program Dates: September 8, 2026 through February 7, 2027

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Cost: Free

Program Format: Safe, structured, non-contact boxing, physical fitness, mentorship, and leadership development.

All information is kept confidential and used solely for communication and coordination purposes.

Submission of this application does not guarantee placement. Volunteers may not work directly with youth until all required screening, orientation, background-check, and youth-safety requirements have been completed.

PURPOSE OF THIS RELEASE

The Ronald McDonald House has a strict policy that prohibits the photographing or videotaping of any individual on its premises without the express written consent of that person or, in the case of a minor, their parent or legal guardian. In order (Equal Chance Boxing Foundation) a proud sponsor of the Champions of Hope, to capture photos and video at this event, we are required to obtain your permission in advance. No images or footage of your child will be taken without your signed approval on this form.

If you choose to grant permission, any approved photos and videos may be used on the ECBF official website, social media platforms, and promotional content to highlight the positive community impact of the Champions of Hope event. Your consent is entirely voluntary and you may decline without any consequence.

CONSENT & AUTHORIZATION

In compliance with the Ronald McDonald House photography and video policy, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, am voluntarily providing my written consent for ECBF (Equal Chance Boxing Foundation) and its authorized representatives to photograph and/or record video of the above-named child during the Champions of Hope event. I understand that without this signed consent, no photos or video of my child may be taken at this event.

PARENT / GUARDIAN CONSENT (Required for Participants Under 18)

As the parent or legal guardian of the above-named minor, I confirm that I have the legal authority to grant this consent. I agree to the terms stated above and authorize ECBF to use photographs and/or video footage of my child as described.
